ESIM WON'T ACTIVATE

I need to speak to a human from Public Mobile immedeitly please. I already paid & my e-sim hasn't activated. Everytime I try to use anything it asks to send a code to the number that hasn't been activated. I need a human to activate the number I just paid for this is absolutely insane

If you picked a new number. You need to reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

It is normally quicker if you submit a ticket through the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.

The "agent" is not a real person i's a bot. It has no actual solutions. I need to speak to someone directly to either fix this to either fix this or give me my money back. This is a complete scam

I picked a new number. I don't get how there is no way to speak directly to an employee this is insane.

Iphone. It's not showing up. I just need to speak to someone from the company I'm sorry I can't be going back & forth testing 100 things. I paid for the service someone needs to be able to help. I can't even submit a ticket. This is the worst expereince I've ever had with a company

iPhone or Android? did you check if the esim shows up on your phone? if it is , check if it is active or enabled or if Turn on this line is on
