I can't log into my app. I tried to port my old number and it didnt go through and now I cant even log into my account. It says my "payment" was processed for my first month. How do I get this solved?

I tried to reinstall the app. No luck either. Reset my password. No luck either.

if you cannot login, you will have to ask PM to get the account number for you.  You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

did you try using the app? Try uninstall and reinstall the PM app and login again

if you still unable to login , PM support agent can help, message them
