More the merrier 2022- free 2GB, free 500 Minutes are missing from my account

I accepted the text msg providing me with free 2GB, free 500 Minutes in Dec 2022

I did see it as additional add on when I logged in, but now its no longer there

 

I should have 2 x free 2GB (2021, 2022), and 2 x free 500 minutes (2021, 2022)

Now I only see 1 x set

Thx the problem is resolved once I cleared the cache

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.

 

Then do a refresh of your overview page using the little circular refresh button.

Try again.
