had to make a new register on here to ask on here how do i get into my account , im with pm need to get into my account i get link to reset password 10 diff times , never works , been trying all day , need help get samething over and over i reset password says password reset , sign in , not working

This cookies problem is very annoying and I think public mobile should be fixing this as soon as possible. While I use incognito mode most of the time it is clear not everyone does and then getting errors when trying to login to their account is frustrating for everyone. Please fix this public mobile. Thank you.

After changing password you should wait at least 20min to try logging in again.
If noting works, ask agent for assistance.

can you try about using Private/Incognito/Secret mode to request reset the password and then use that mode to login?
if that still does not work, please open ticket with CS agent and they will help :

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
