Is Public Mobile considering making monthly statements available online?

you can go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account,

and go to Payment 

To view your Transaction History, select a date range within the last 180 days (approx. 6 months) and click Search...

 

and if you need a invoices you have to Contact Customer Support Agent by  ,

You need to request one from a CSA.

It would be a nice feature to have for some customers especially for tax purposes.  No changes in the near future. It is a slow process unfortunately.  

 

To keep costs low and plans lower cost, PM does not have the extras.  Low cost, no frills type of company.  

 

You can still message CSA to generate your monthly invoices.  Hassle.  Some customers will ask CSA for the year worth of invoices at one time for tax purposes.

@Barb_B   No, no monthly statement at the moment.  Many asked before but I doubt they will implement that.  

 

Do you need one?   You can open a ticket with Customer Support Agent but it takes time.  So, it's better to order invoice in batch, every 3 months or 6 months.

You might ask CSR but I doubt they would have affirmative answer or it will be 'it is in the works'.

Few customers asked for it and not being able to easily get it, leave this fine provider.

To my best knowledge it is Possible to get it but you have to be persistent and patient and talk to CSR.
