Im getting message to renew my plan but when I tried to login, its not allowing me to login via mobile number and email id as well. How to renew my existing plan for the mobile numer?

you don't want to select new plan or so.  you still need to ask PM agent to help.  Please use the link above to message PM agent

Thanks for the quick reply. I have registered again with the same mail id and now its asking to select a new plan and proceed with purchase of a sim card. Not sure how to reactivate my old/existing number now due to this.

 And if you want to renew the plan first, you can buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart or Loblaw's and then load the voucher using *611
