I live in PEC, Ontario. Paid monthly bill in full amount but can't make a call or use data. I use my phone alot and this service hasn't been working at all this month. I didn't really have alot of issues before. Very disappointed. No help either. Thinking of making the switch.

there is no major outage reported on Telus site:

But there could still be local outage.
First try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and check if voice and data works
if not, try to change network mode to different one. Test both 3G and 4G (or LTE)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
