Hi,

   I joined in with the promo in January for $20 a month for 60gb etc. It usually auto renews and I have activated my account but just now it didnt autorenew and is asking to renew it and to pay $40 a month. Is there a fix?

you can only opt to change to whichever plan is available in your account OR if you receive an offer. That 50% OFF  was offered a few weeks ago but not available now. Keep an eye on Public Mobile website as summer is coming and they might have some attractive new offers.

@NSKing You can't get it unless you see it in your account under manage subscription.

@Garywan I believe that when this happens, you need to pay the full amount of the plan and once paid they deposit a $20 credit into your account to be used next time.
