Im getting message to renew my plan but when I tried to login, its not allowing me to login via mobile number and email id as well. How to renew my existing plan for the mobile numer?
Hi @hTideGnow Thanks for the quick reply. I have registered again with the same mail id and now its asking to select a new plan and proceed with purchase of a sim card. Not sure how to reactivate my old/existing number now due to this.
