How do I get in touch with a Moderator? I have an old plan and I am curious if the unlimited talk to Canada/US includes roaming in my current plan? I am able to call from Canada to Canada or the US but am I able to call from the US to Canada or the US on my current plan?

Are you one of the lucky ones with the $60 US/Canada roaming plan that was on offer to pm customers from mid summer 2019 to October 11th 2019 when it was permanently grandfathered? If so keep it as its as valuable as gold nowadays and doubtful if it will ever be offered again. If you ever decide to give it up and/or leave pm you could negotiate with an interested customer to take over your account/plan for a pretty penny. If you post a screenshot of your plan details with any personal details removed there are a couple of details that show whether or not you have this plan despite the US roaming detail having been dropped as a descriptor.

That's great, I think that is the plan I currently have.. not sure how to confirm but I will assume it is.
Thanks for all the info 🙂

@AnnMi Check your Plan details page:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/
if you are on thta plan you should see 2 lines showing that:
1. 2GB data at 3G speed
2. and another line for the domestic data 8.5GB at 3G speed.
Of course, you can open a ticket with PM CS agent to confirm. I have posted the way to contact CS Agent on my first reply

@AnnMi Yes, that was a plan offered briefly in 2019, the Snowbird plan:
$60 for 8.5 GB at 3G speed + 2 GB of US Data + UL Canada/US Talk & Text
did you enroll that one back then?
The plan is no longer available to join. But if you have that, then YES, you can use the service in US without paying more

Was that option ever included in a previous plan that was offered?
I am wondering if my current plan offers that without the add on... it's an old plan..

@AnnMi No, the unlimited talk to Canada/US is ONLY for calls originated from Canada. So, it is NOT for roaming and you won't be able to call from US with this current plan. You need to have proper roaming add-ons when you travel to US
here are the different US Roaming add-ons:
FYI, to open ticket with PM Support:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
