Unreceived SIM, ordered November 17th

Hi community,

Can anyone tell me if there’s any chance of receiving this SIM before the provider starts charging me for the new account? Maybe the moderator could offer me some advice.

Regards.

Hi @hTideGnow

Whenever I try to send a message, I receive this warning, even though my message is plain text:

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

@Kwrty

you plan won't start until you actually activate your new PM account using the PM app on your cellphone.

Due to strike, sims are slow to be delivered. Best is to order from Amazon ort get to a Mobile Klinik in your area.

hi @Kwrty

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:
      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

And no worry about the cycle start date, you paid but the cycle wont start until you got the sim card and use the app to put in the sim card number to  complete the activation
