Missing loyalty point

Hi,

I'm with public mobile since dec 2020, In dec 2022 I was expecting increase of my loyalty by 1$ hoewere that did not happen. May I know why so?

As per @dust2dust's chart your loyalty reward increase of $1 will show in your rewards account and on your upcoming bill in self serve on day 361, 721, 1081, 1441 and 1801 and will be applied to your account balance shortly after midnight eastern on day 391, 751, 1111, 1471 and 1831. You started in December 2020 @Arvindman ? If that is the case, you are only going up to $2 soon, aren't you?

$3 would be in or around Dec 2023.

HI @Arvindman   it really depends on the Dec date you joined and the Dec 2022 renewal date

if you joined on Dec 10th, your Dec renewal date is Dec 12th, then Dec 12th renewal will be old loyal reward but  Jan 11h  renewal  , you will see the new loyalty reward

if your joined on Dec 12th, your Dec renewal date is Dec 10th, then Jan 9th the loyalty will still be old one, but Feb renewal will be the new loyalty rewards

Loyalty is awarded at Years x 12 + 1 month. So you should see it in Jan 2023

@Arvindman   depends on the exact anniversary date and your Jan payment date, the actual new loyalty reward could kick in on Feb instead of Jan

Did you possibly switch over to the points system sometime this year?

After the renewal just before your second year the loyalty will increment up one. Do you know the exact date you signed up? You can find it logging in to the rewards page if on old rewards. Not sure about new points system.

and you have not paid the Jan renewal yet?  What is iit showing on the Upcoming bill on My Account?

@Arvindman - So you are currently receiving $1?

Wait until January, you should see the $2 reward then. It will likely be included/credited in your Jan or Feb. payment.

Edit: note that the $2 should show on your My Account $2, if not suspended for more than 60 days within the anniversary period, on the 26th payment to Public Mobile.
