I refer a friend and she moved to public mobile on 7th July 2024, and I still didn’t get the $10 credit towards my bill.

The OP doesn't have any reason to contact a customer support agent. Referring someone doesn't earn a $10 credit. In any case, if the newly referred customer didn't get the $10 credit, it's the referred customer who needs to contact a CSA, and not the person who did the referring.

Sorry, but you don't get a $10 credit. Only your friend gets that.
