I just switched over to Public Mobile on Tuesday. But I didn't know I had to keep my old sim in the phone to receive the port out request. So I missed/didn't receive the port-out request and need to re-trigger it from the Public Mobile end. How can I do this?

I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

You can repeat request, talk to agent or call porting number provided.

@LSBH I'll private message you the Telus porting # to call and they will request your old provider to resubmit the transfer request text, so keep the old SIM in the phone until you've responded to the transfer text with a YES within 90 minutes.
