Transfer number

I need to submit a request to my old provider to transfer my number as I missed the text message within 90 mins. I can't log in to my account because it's asking for phone verification. How can I send the number transfer request?

PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.
