How to make online account so I can pay online/ My cart already activate in the store I tried to make account online s but it say that sim card number unveiled

Go to PM main web site and hoover over Sign In (top right corner), then click on My Account.

@Vera1 To open a My Account login now (after you activated in store before), just use the direct link

(this is the same link as Register Now button on Self Serve My Account portal)
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
