Made mistake on my address for SIM card

I ordered a SIM card today but I made a mistake entering my address.  I have not been able to connect with anyone to change it.

 

Please help, before I decide to go with another carrier!

Well, @erockett22 ,  probably best you decide to leave before activating.  If a simple error on a mailing address creates enough 'hassle', Public Mobile is probably not the carrier for you.

 

At least this way you're only out the cost of the SIM card, and not a full cycle of service.

If you are looking for full service, live agent accessible 24/7 with nice music while on-hold, then PM is not for you.

99% of support is done by PM customers in this forum and only account issues are handled by PM agents through e-mail.

It is clearly stated on service agreement...

Threatening will not get you anywhere. Over here we are customers same as you. And PM will not care less if you leave as 100 will come over for great service. So do NOT do that...

 

You can contact agent through personal mail and hope they did not ship your SIM already.
