This worked on my Pixel 5 as well, but now I am testing while on call my data plan is 5g got reduced to H+ when on calls. At least I can send MMS again now

On my two oneplus phones I had to change the APN part (SP.MB.COM) to all upper case. Go into airplane mode then out and it worked. Uppercase isn't supposed to matter but it does. This was on a OnePlus 7 Pro and a OnePlus 8. I wasn't able to get all the MMS I missed, but new MMS now work.

@antoinem See also this thread, it seems there's a peculiarity with OnePlus such that you have to change part of the APN to all caps

Maybe try a reboot of phone if not done already. Network reset of phone (note this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
Also check the APN settings:
New Settings:
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
