I've been having the same issue with MMS timing out for the last week or so. Have the APN settings changed from those published here https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone ?

@softech- 1 is still Android 8. The other two are 12. It just jumped out at me as appearing non-standard so I asked.

Reset the settings of APN to default. The phone is Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime.
I receive MMS, but it stopped 3 days ago without any reason
Thanks again, guys!

Data is always on

In order to send/receive MMS you have to have DATA On. Your data allowance will not be used but that setting has to be ON.

Did you turn on the mobile/cellular data?
