My first post / question here: I activated my account with Public Mobile back in March, at the time the plan included a 500MB bonus data for auto-pay. For some reason the bonus data is no longer there under my account (auto-pay has been there from day one and no changes to the a/c either). Can a moderator help me here? I can PM my phone number. Thanks.!

@John_dai You might want to consider scheduling a plan change on your next renewal for the $25.00 plan to save some money or increase the budget by $10 and get a lot more data with the $40 plan.

@geopublic I think you are right.. for some reason I had in my mind the plan came with 1+0.5GB of data, I search for public disscussions around the time I signed up (Mar) indeed it’s only 1GB plus $10 off for 6 month.
I’m embarrassed with myself.. Big thanks to everyone who chimed in to help. Please consider this thread closed.

@John_dai MUst be a very old plan because a while back I had that plan with the 6 month $10 off promo but it never offered the 500MB bonus so after the 6 months I switched to the $25 plan. Are you sure the 500MB bonus was offered on that plan?

The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. So, your plan is suppose to include total of 1.5 GB of data (with autopay)?
If so, you will need to private message moderator and expect 1-2 days response time.

No changes have ever been made to the account since activation. I had been out of the country for over a month but again I didn’t change anything on my account.

I can’t see the bonus data under Plan & Add-ons tab, and under Overview tab it’s showing 1024Mb / 1GB as well. I have the $30 1GB Canada unlimited call plan, which I believe is no longer offered now. I thought that Public Mobile would honor and maintain the old plan with the bonus data if customer elect to not change to a new plan when the old plan was discontinued?

@John_daiThere are a bit of inconsistency on where the bonus data get displayed.. can you see your bonus allotment of data here?

What plan are you on? Some plans do not have bonus add on data, others do.

@John_dai Did you ever perform a the lost/stolen reset trick or suspend your account via the lost/stolen option in the past?

Maybe post a screen snip of your overview page and we can see what you have. Blank out personal info of course.
