I lost my phone, it’s been 4 years using it and all accounts has been secure face activated. Can’t remember my password to login to stop service, to reset password it’s send verification codes to my lost number, also an email that i have no access to. How do I recover my number and stop old service on my lost phone, is there human support to conform my identity on ID cards? 




since you have no access to phone and email, you will need to open ticket with PM support to suspend the account for Lost/Stolen first, and then have support to unsuspend the account and change sim card AFTER you got your replacement sim card and phone:
