Just purchased a sim and installed it. Downloaded the app on android and tried to login after creating the account. The app loops me back to the login page continuously. Tried to clear the browser data but no luck.
I am able to login to the account on my PC just not the phone.

Thank you for the replies so far! We are communicating with the CS Agent trying to troubleshoot the problem.
We did clear the 'App cache' too: no luck. We've uninstalled the app 3x: no luck.

Have you tried clearing the app cache? You said you cleared browser data, but if you're using the app, clearing the browser data shouldn't have anything to do with the app unless you're trying to log in through your mobile browser
