To add on to what people are saying, if you use the app, under the payment section, you can view upcoming payment breakdowns and also, under "view payment history" in the payment section, you can download and view invoices for all previous payments
Have you tried clearing the app cache? You said you cleared browser data, but if you're using the app, clearing the browser data shouldn't have anything to do with the app unless you're trying to log in through your mobile browser
