I subscribed to a plan with Public Mobile and also purchased a physical SIM card on September 7th. However, it has been quite some time, and I have yet to receive the SIM card (also,I don't know where to track the shipping progress.) Is there a recommended course of action I should take to ensure I receive my SIM card as soon as possible?

You need to download and install the Public app. Then when you get the card you proceed to finish the sign up in the app.

Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
(If you are unable to login as you don't have a phone to receive the 2FA code: On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email)
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request

Thank you for your response😀 . So, I can still place an order for the PM SIM card directly on Amazon? also, i'd like to know what to do once I receive the SIM card? I've already subscribed to the plan on the website and made the payment, will this affect the next steps?

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

It takes up to 10 business days to receive SIM card. So hopefully, by the end of this week.
There is no tracking unfortunately.
If more than 10 business days, then you can contact customer service agent. If you need a SIM card more urgently, you can try to purchase at a corporate Telus or Koodo store. Or Amazon.ca does have prime shipping for PM SIM cards.
