Irritated that better plans are offered to new customers!

Myself and my family have all been public mobile customer for a number of years.

Yet my loyalty isn't rewarded and new customers are offered more competitive pricing.

Is there anything I can do about it?

I felt the same way. However, I always just check back at the subscriptions every so often and they usually have a decent promo offer for existing customers too. I just switched to the $39 monthly 20gb plan.

The beauty about PM is it's prepaid and you are not locked in. Port out and then port back in as a new customer to access new customer plans.

The downside to this, of course, is that you'll lose legacy rewards including loyalty and auto pay discounts that new customers do not get. I don't know your specific situation, but my loyalty rewards discounts are worth more to me than that $5 delta, so I'd argue I am treated better than a new customer.

hi @JTDon PM has sent sms for some promotion to some customers.  Those are really good deals they offered, you might not have it this time, but hopefully you will get some good deal in their next round of promotion

If it means anything @JTDon, Public Mobile does reward it's longer time customers with loyalty perks which you are getting for every year being here that new subscribers are not.

So long as you stay on the now legacy reward program, you'll continue to get this whereas every customer after January 22nd 2022 will not.

Public Mobile offered a $117/90GB/90 day 4G speed plan earlier this year.  Fingers crossed, it could come back for black Friday.  Note that there really isn't much advantage to a 5G speed plan.  The 5G speed cap is harder to reach particularly when there is load on the network and for a single device, the 4G speed plan is plenty fast.  Most home internet plans don't match up to 4G speed cap and serves dozen of devices.

@JTDon At this time, $40 -30Gb is for new activation only. But PM has been activly bringing in new plans so you could see a good plan soon.

@JTDon  No sorry the 30GB for $40 5G just for nee activations , but there is the 20GB for $39 opt in for 90 days and pay $102 upfront with 60GB to use over 90 days and averages $34 a month this if for existing customers and arguably the best deal ever offered . I just switched to this plan myself and you get to keep your old rewards too have a peek

Recently, Public Mobile offered some customers plans that were better than those available to new signups.

@JTDon , there are a few plans that are for new activations only.  Generally, existing customers have been well looked after.  The $102/60GB/90 day plan is very well priced.  Of course as long term customer we have access to the old reward system that new customers will never get.
