Myself and my family have all been public mobile customer for a number of years.Yet my loyalty isn't rewarded and new customers are offered more competitive pricing.Is there anything I can do about it?

Question on call forwarding. If I go to the UK and forward my PM calls to a different Canadian number/app does my PM sim need to remain in Canada in a phone that's turned on?
