@Ebou2

you have been posting the same question again.

As explained earlier, only PM support can help with providing sim card PUK.

I understand you are unable to get the verification code, please try to click "Didn't receive code?" at the 2FA screen and then click "Send email" to have the code send to email and see if it works.

If not, simply reply the message PM support sent you and let them know.  Again, they are the one with your sim PUK and you need to work with them for the PUK code

@Ebou2

unfortunately sim card unlocked code can be provided by PM support only, so you have to work with them for a solution.  Let them know you have trouble with the verification code.

(but also, in the verification code screen, click "Didn't receive code?" and then click "Send email" to have the code send to email and see if it works)

I've messaged support. Not very helpful. They're asking me to sign in. When I do  do so, they send a verification code to the same  phone number. But it's locked and I cannot access.

@Ebou2 do you get the same PUK error if you insert your PM sim in another phone?

If so, then it confirms it is a sim card issue, please follow this to open ticket with PM support:

If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM  Card, SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing  "Locked SIM"
         open message support here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
          or use this direct link to open Chatbot ticket:  https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Oyn1L6
            **Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you
there.

The phone is a Samsung S22 ultra. Other sim cards are working. P M sim is locked, and is asking for a PUK code

@Ebou2

what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places

If it is a Samsung and if the message is "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK."
      call  Samsung 1-800-726-7864 for a master unlock code.
      The only info you will need to provide is the IMEI and where the phone was purchased

If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM  Card, SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing  "Locked SIM"
         open message support here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or "SIM not Supported" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
          You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier help unlocking it.
           (Sorry, for this particular issue, PM support would not be able to help)
