@kavake If you're talking about the code to access your Public Mobile account, there is an option to send it to email. If you're talking about the port request, you need to put your old sim back in your phone and respond to the text to authorize the port from your old carrier to Public Mobile. This has to be done within 90 minutes of initiating the port.

Unfortunately I am no longer able to log in as PM says account is active and they are sending verification number to the number I was trying to port and I am not receiving as it has not been completed . I am at a loss as csr no longer responding

@kavake you don't need a temporary phone number when you activate esim
just use PM app to activate, choose esim l. After payment step, select you bring in phine number and provide PM the phone number and account number of your old provider
