I upgraded to CAN/US/MEX plan - now in Mexico- it worked for a number of days but last calls from Canada came to phone on March 6. All now go to voicemail, my iPhone says no service and I can not make any outgoing. All well with my account- just says 0 data used🙄 have exhausted all troubleshooting and all roads lead to needing a network reset… how do I do this from Mexico?!!!!

some smaller towns/villages have limited or no cell service at all. Are you traveling around or is this issue in one location. Which area of Mx are you located ?

Also, I read here that someone had luck receiving calls from Canada while in MX by telling the caller to use 1 before your 10 digit number (as if they were calling long distance). HOPE THIS HELPS
