Thanks so much for helping. Put old sim card in and was able to access account 

Unable to find email option without signing into account in profile section. Catch22

Notice says 6 digit code sent to your phone. No place to replace with email

Unfortunately I am no longer able to log in as PM says account is active and they are sending verification number to the number I was trying to port and I am not receiving as it has not been completed . I am at a loss as csr no longer responding
