Lost phone. Can't access email to reset new password.

So i recently lost my phone which had access to all my emails, including my public mobile account.  Is there someone I can contact to help me log in to renew my subscription to get my number going?

HI @AllyB82 

if you know the voicemail pin, then use that to quickly get the code.  What you can do is click "Resend code" or "Didn't get code", then choose Send voice message after.  You can then use another phone to call your voicemail retrieve the the code

Since you just want to pay, a quick way is to buy a voucher form Shopper Drug Mart, then use your phone to call *611 or use another phone to call 1-855-4PUBLIC to load the voucher
