I lost my phone and i know it wont be any good as it fell in the pond and nowhere to be found

i need to speak with a representative but i am using my husbands phone bc i cant get a code on my phone since i dont have it

@Wgoose35  You can get support to SIM card swap the number for you then that SIM card will receive the code to log in 

while your already here and logged in the community you can send a  private message   To CS_Agents click

it seems that with only my phone # and we are 4 in total with PM im the only one who has issues when trying to sign in tp the community or log in so I can't speak with an agent , I do have another phone, I also have a new SIM card has i had one for situations like these but i can't sign into my account to enter the new SIM and Keep my same phone # 

Do you mean you clicked on forgot email address and entered your phone number and it didn't find your registered email address? Or that you can't check all of your possible email accounts for that email?
Had you yet to do the new account process?

i did chose email but when i enter my email it is not found been having this issue for ever

For the sake of clarity of terms, there is no reporting lost or found. It's using the lost/stolen function to put the account on hold. Then going back there to resume (I haven't used the function since before the new system so I'm not certain of the exact terms for resuming).
Since it's in the drink you probably don't need to worry about the services being used anyway unless somebody goes diving for it.

Did you sign up for EverSafe login before?  If you did, you can access your account via 2FA email instead of text. Try resend code tab.  

If you access your self service account, then you can report your phone lost.  Once you get yourself a new SIM card and new phone, you can report your phone found and then change SIM card.

Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options.

relax !!!  First, get a new phone. Then get a new sim and you can change sim number in your account. Resnd the code until you can select email.

@Wgoose35  Get a new physical SIM card by calling around to Telus Koodo store or order from Amazon. . The use this direct link to support to SIM card swap the number for you and then you will have code sent to that new SIM card and be able to log j to your account
