Los Angeles, CA, US roaming didn't work

My plan has 3G data plan.

US roaming hasn't work so far. Can you fix it asap?

first, do you see your phone connected to T-Mobile

@mom4 - you are still there? Try restarting your phone, or do a reset of the network settings. These actions may help you connect to the proper network.

@mom4   your 3G plan won't affect your roaming

make sure you try to connect to T-Mobile network. If it does not connect automatically, then change the Network connection to manual and select T-Mobile

If you roaming purchase includes data, make sure you  enable Roaming Mobile Data on your phone

If your roaming purchase includes voice, enable VoLTE on your device and you might be able to use VoLTE for voice.  But if not, your phone should change to 2G network when voice calls come
