No matter how many times I try....I get the pass code via text then reset my password. Then I try to log in and it never works. I've tried about 7 times now

Do not change your password. First try one of these remedies:
Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
After changing password wait 15-20 min and try to log in again.

Because PM website has caches issue, so using computer , private or incognito mode browser to login.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.
