I can’t seem to log in and it says my email or password is wrong but I’ve reset the password and I know my email is right but it still doesn’t work.

Did you create an Eversafe ID before login? If you are a longtime member. Everyone is to create an ID since the launch of the new website and app.

Click on Sign Up if you haven’t created one.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Kylewol  Try cleaning web browser cache and cookies and try again incognito private mode or from another device or computer or try the app instead . If still no luck please use this direct link to customer service to help you
