Hi, this is not for me but for my in laws in their advance 80s. Their current credit card expired and they cannot use their only phone. They can’t remember their login password and do not use email. How can I get their phone service back? I would be willing to use ny personal credit card I currently use for my account for 1 month to get their phone going, is this possible?

to get back the services first, you can buy vouchers from Shoppers Drug Mart or Loblaws and the load the voucher using *611 on their phone.  Or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone, enter their phone number and load the voucher

for getting back the login to their My Account, you will have to  submit  ticket to PM agent and ask them to help.  Submit by direct message :
