Does anyone have any advice? I have been without service since Sunday, and the @CS_Agent cannot seem to send more than one message in a 24 hour period. I cannot contact emergency services, I cannot get into 2FA authentication for my job and no one seems interested in helping me.
How do I get this solved? I think of myself as a fairly reasonable person but at this point I am literally begging Public Mobile for help and they are not doing anything. I feel insane, this is the absolute worst customer support I have ever received in my life.

The customer still isn't getting help!! Stop asking me verification questions and then taking 12 freaking hours to reply. Help me
