I was planing to upgrade my plan for next month to best fit the situation and saw that 45CAD plan with 175Gb data. when i select it and i login, i get blocked saying i got already an active plan and the plans proposed goes at best 150Gb for the same price.
What's up with that?

yes, it is normal. the Website plans are for new activation
for existing customers, you can only change to plans offered on My Account, Change Subscription page. Although some things the plans not as good, but the fact is PM will give better plans there sometimes. So, check often for great deals there
