How can I set the security on my account so that it does not go to my daughter's cel phone number when a security code is sent? Right now I am the owner of this account but the cel phone number is my daughter's

HI @FTT did you setup EverSafe yet? for the initial setup, it is easier to have the phone besides you and use the code to setup Eversafe with Community account and My Account
When EverSafe is fully setup, you can go to My Account, Profile tab, Manage EverSafe and then change the phone number there to yours. that will have the 2FA code send to you and not your daughter
Or when you are getting the code, you can also click Resend Code , send email and have the code to send to email as well

@FTT - did you perhaps activate instore and never registered for a My Account before?
Each account needs it's own unique email address. So if you are using the same email address for both your account and your daughter's then you really are registered for just one account (your daughters).
Contact Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) by either two methods, found here to register for your own My Account: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

@FTT login to My Account, to to Profile page, click Edit on the EverSafe section. There is a phone number you can change to your own to receive 2FA. No worry, that is just to change the number where 2FA code will be received, it won't change the phone number of the account

@FTT You need to log into the account go to profile /manage subscription manage ever safe then once there you should see an option to put your number in it’s place . Instead of your daughters number
