Hi, my pre-authorized credit card was blocked when I was travelling out of country & hence my monthly payment didn’t go through for which my service is suspended!
Now when I am back in Canada & I login to my account the subscription that I had or the credits accumulated for the past 1+ years are not showing up! Now, it just asks to choose a new e-sim and activate whatever plans available!
Please help me get back my service & my number! Thank you

if over 90 days of non payment, your account would have been closed
if less than 90 days, then it is just a login issue and PM can help
