After I set up an account and a password I was unable to log back in. For days now I am trying to change my password but am receiving the same annoying message that the password cannot be changed at thus time. Who can get the system to respond to my request!!!

HI @Jrmorris if you got the message about you cannot reset password at this time, then something is wrong with your account.
Please submit a ticket with CS agent and let them help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Jrmorris what was the error that you cannot login to My Account? just incorrect password?
try to use Incognito mode to login once and see if it works
If not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
