I cannot login into rewards from:
iPad air 1 using safari or chrome.
iMac late 2010 using safari.
I have done:
Upgraded iOS and macOS.
Rebooted
Reinserted SIM
Changed password on My Account
😀😀And lastly thrown up 🤮😀😀
I took milk of magnesia for the throwing up part and has fixed.
Does any one have same issue on their Apple products.

Aha, alas!! Correct no submit button and a web page, like I said, with pants pulled up too high. Which I assume is caused by different web development vs how the My Account web page was developed.

I have tried on IPad some other browsers but they won’t load due to having an old iOS and don’t have an older version offered. I did try chrome but does same as Safari so I deleted it. And I do prefer to stick with one only browser.
I have not tried my MacBook as am preparing it to sell.
My iMac does work with chrome but would rather not use chrome BUT does not work on safari. Oddly enough does work on safari on my iPhone.....that is useless to view and does not help as I do copy and paste information from it into my excel program right after my payment goes through.
This is what what I see. Like a pair of pants pulled up too high😀

Try to get a hold of trusty Windows/Android machines to check if you can log in.
Logging in should be related to browser, not to OS.

@CountyDownIeUk I use macbook version 11.6, and I can log into My Rewards using both Chrome and Safari. Yes, sometimes there is just circling..but it ends up loading.
I can also log in using Microsoft Edge. Have you tried that browser yet?

No.....also I have no problem logging on to My Account. To me it is a PM issue.
But so far, no response from an Apple user.

On my iPad 2 that runs iOS 9, I cannot get site to even load properly It is just green background, then sometimes it loads but it is gone again to just green background..

Everything worked until they changed the Rewards over to the additional login. That’s why I ask if any other Apple users have same issue.
I know all about age of device and OS. I just prequalified a bunch of babble just in case Super Star responded. 😀

I can login with iPhone 12 and iOS 15.3 on Safari & Chrome.. Are you sure you have correct login info? Can you login on any other device if you have?

My Mac products (IPad and laptop) are a few years old and no problems logging into My Rewards.
You mentioned your item is from 2010. The IOS and app can only be updated so far.

@CountyDownIeUk Was that you first report you cannot use Safari for My Rewards? I thought you said it works on Chrome.when you first reported it.
So, you are ready to go back to Windows and Android? LoL
