Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

They keep sending me notification codes to my new number, but I am not getting them. Only when they are sent to my email address, I can respond. I still can't make calls or send text messages. My account is all paid up and I know my number, but I can't use my phone.  Any help is appreciated.

Do a resend of code.  It will give you 3 options. 


@HalloweenJack new activation?  how long you activated?

does not show errors like sim not provisioned? or no network?

try reboot phone and test your sim in another phone

if that does not work and it is a new activation, it should be sim card provision problem, message support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@HalloweenJack  Have you tried rebooting the phone , reset network settings and if you call 611 is your account active ? Maybe you can try SIM card in another phone and see if services work
