I manage the phone plans/bills for family while they're out of country. I'm trying to log in, but am getting blocked by phone number verification. However, that phone isn't in the country so am not able to successfully log in. Is there another way?

PM just changed to a new EverSafe login system and you need to complete the setup
For the account you try to login, have you help to complete the EverSafe ID setup yet?
If the EverSafe id has not completed setup yet, you won't be able complete the part to link your My Account with the EverSafe ID, that needs a working phone with a working PM sim using SMS. (Sending the code to email would not be a choice until EverSafe id is fully setup)
Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with support and have them to help in this situation:

Bad timing with the new EverSafe login system.
Try to reset the account's password. Then login again with new password. You many be able to resent 2FA via email instead. Or afterwards, you can enter 4-5 incorrect SMS password texts and then you may get the option for email confirmation instead. You will need access to the email accounts though.
