I need to update the payment method on my daughters phone. She doesn't remember and of her log in info, nor her email log in info. Is there anyway to access her public mobile account?

did she try Forgot password on the login page? Or she need PM to help to find the email login or update to a working one. At this point, she won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

And is her account already suspended? if you don't want to wait for PM to come back with the login , could be couple hours, then get a voucher from local gas station or shops like Shoppers and load the voucher using *611
