did you try login using the PM app?

or tried using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser to reset password and use the same special mode to login?

if neither works, then ask support agent to help ,  you can submit  ticket by direct message:

you have to open ticket the normal way even if you want to talk to any Manager

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
