I am trying to update my account information/payment/subscription plan. I am already a customer for 3+years and every time I login it only gives me two options: "Resume Activation" or "Go to Login Page". When I click resume activation and put in my already existing SIM card it says its an error since its already in use. The login page link is just a revolving door of the same two pages of logging in and then these two options. I am not sure what to do. I have deleted all my history on my phone and computer but still continues to bring me to these options.

Once I click on the "resume activation" button it takes me to a page where it asks if i need to purchase a sim card or already have one. Since I've been a public mobile customer, I already have one, so that is why it is asking for my SIM card number

@Tay3 - why are you entering a SIM card number anyway?? Have you lost your previous SIM card or phone?
If you meant phone number rather than SIM card, can you try the "Forgot your password or Email" option to get EverSafe set up?

@Tay3 PM has started a new login system EverSafe. All accounts need to reregistered on this new system. Look like the system has trouble linking your My Account with the email you used to login
