I'm in a country where my sim card doesn't work, I need to log into my public mobile account but my verification code is sent via text and I can't get it (no sim). Is there another way?

If you are in a country that doesn’t support PM then you can’t get the 2FA code to access to your account.
You need PM service to get the 2FA by text, email or call.

Public mobile recently switch to Eversafe login. Did you sign up for this login yet? If you did, you try to resend the code and it should offer you the option for email code.
If you did not switch, there are a couple of tricks to try to get into your account. First reset your password to your self service account. Try to login again and resent code. Might get the email option code. Second, try to enter multiple SMS codes randomly 4-5 times and sometimes, you will also get the email option code.
Public mobile is aware of this issue and is working on the fix.

@jotaudio902 If you have already set up a ever safe ID your should be able to hit resend a few times or put in wrong code couple times . Then you should get option to send to email instead. If all else fails get help from support
