Hello,
I changed my phone and when I inserted my sim card, it said that the sim card was locked by PUK.
I forgot what my PUK was, and I cannot even login to my account because it asks me to enter a verification code sent to my old email which I don't use it anymore.
Could you please help retrieving the PUK?
Thanks.

what PUK code you need? there is one to unlock the sim card as people uses sim pin and forgot , and there is another one to unlock carrier locked phone. It really depends on the error message you see. What is that?

Have you tried the usual characters? 1234 or 0000
A PUK would never be 1234 or 0000. A SIM card's PUK much longer than 4 digits and each has a different PUK.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, it asks the same thing when I inserted it to my old phone as well.
I was trying to submit a ticket but couldn't do it because I needed to login first to submit a ticket, and I needed to key in a verification code sent to an email account which I don't use it anymore.
I was redirected to send a private message to an agent in this community, and was hoping to get it resolved.

hi @Moonsb
if you put the sim card back to the old phone, did it ask for it?
if only the new phone asked that, it is not a sim card puk, but the phone was locked by the carrier where the new phone was. You will need to ask the carrier where you got the new phone from for the unlock code
but if the puk error is there when you put the sim card back to the old phone, then yes, that is a sim card puk and PM support can help. You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
