This is just an account I had to make since I'm not able to get into my main account that's associated with my phone number. So yesterday I tried to log in, forgot my password and tried too many times, so my account got locked out. Waited overnight, tried to reset password just now (waited way more than the 1 or 3 hour thing, depending whether you get it from the login page or the chat bot), and it's still locked.
Please help.

The site sometimes has cache issues. Have you tried clearing the cache/browser data, an incognito window, or another browser? This might get you to be able to reset your password.

@Squarebottoms Please submit ticket support using this direct link to help you and at the same time let them know you had to make a new community ID and they can help you get your old community ID back at the same time
